I’m from a dry desert climate and have now moved to a very, very humid climate with temps in the 80s-90s. I live on the second floor of a house and have found the heat absolutely unbearable. No air conditioning in the house. Any advice on cooling this place down so that I can sleep? Specifically, what should I do to make the humidity bearable?
